Aristos is the founder behind Pingfield and Head of R&D at PingField Labs, where he leads the research, design and engineering of in-house hardware and software platforms. His work spans IoT, embedded systems, AI-driven automation, smart infrastructure, cloud dashboards and field-device integration.
He also leads Rich Coffee Roasters, bringing a technology-minded approach to specialty coffee, responsible sourcing, precision roasting, quality control and innovation for the wider coffee and agriculture ecosystem.
